Forest Sunset

This is a very colourful and beautiful piece, I'm really loving the contrast of colours, with the dark but vibrant orange and pink hues on the clouds against the rich and dark greens and blues, the use of these colours was an effective way to make them each other stand out.

The lighting and shading on the clouds gives each cloud a large and puffy appearance (off topic a bit but I still find it strange on just how large real clouds can be xD). Adding a second smaller tree helps to make the drawing seem deeper with lower levels just out of sight. Love how you have shaded the trees too, and the streaked effect below the clouds, kind of reminds me of ripples on a lake. One day I hope to put as much effort into each of my backgrounds as you do...I could just imagine a dragon diving though those clouds. X3
